1st Day

• Departure from Palmas at 6:30 am
• Holed stone
• Lunch at Dona Minervina's farm (15 minutes rest)
• Japanese Lagoon
• Zipline on Lagoa do Japonês (Optional R$50.00 per person)
• Check-in on guesthouse in Ponte Alta do Tocantins
• Dinner at 8pm

2nd Day

• Breakfast at 6:40 am at the guesthouse
• Sussuapara´s Canyon
• Lunch in the Quilimbolas community of Rio Novo (20 minutes rest)
• Coração do Jalapão´s Little Beach
• Photo stop at the viewpoint (Morro do Saca Trapo)
• Wishing tree
• 15-minute rest at the receptive Recanto das Dunas
• Jalapão Dunes
• Check in Pousada in Mateitos do Tocantins
• Dinner at 7:40 pm

3rd Day

• Morro do Sereno sunrise (optional, R$200.00 per person)
• Breakfast at 6:40 am at the guesthouse
• Buriti´s Fervedouro
• Rio Sono´s Fervedouro
• Golden grass crafts in the community
• Quilombolas of Mumbuca
• Lunch in the Quilombola community
• Formiga´s Waterfall
• Alecrim´s Fervedouro (nighttime)
• Check-in on guesthouse in São Félix
• Dinner at 8pm

4th Day

• Breakfast at 6:50 am at the guesthouse
• Cross float (optional R$50.00 per person)
• Rafitig on the Rio Sono (optional 200.00 per person)
• Bela Visita´s Fervedouro
• Serra da Catedral
• Lunch on Lagoa do Tocantins
• Return to Palmas
